Just a quick hello from Copenhagen! I'm visiting my man, who's been working here for a while. Luckily he's coming back home next week!
Here's what I got from our trip to the main shopping area around Stroget street. Well, for me it was only one shop I got anything - Weekday. We missed COS, which was just around the corner, but the main street was so crowded we wanted to stay away from it. If I would have to choose, those two would be my favorite high street shops (maybe along with HM Trend).
The Swatch watch, then again, is from Vienna airport. An impulsive decision I made in a need for a new watch (as I haven't have time to take any of my watches to battery change, lazy me. Does that happen to you?).

I got inspired by the colors Mulleavy sisters had created for their ss12 Rodarte collection (pics by style.com). And here's my little take on that.

And then greetings from Vienna! I need to sort out my pics before posting any. Meanwhile I'm using this material I was supposed to use while in Vienna... The long hours of work and seminars just took all the energy and I couldn't even imagining doing anything extra. The trip was successful, albeit I didn't really have "free" time. All the pics I took were from the place we were doing the workshop and of Saturday morning 2 hours of time to take a look at the city... Luckily I've been to Vienna before, otherwise I wouldn't have a clue where I was. :) But the good side is I met some unbelievable nice and talented people!

DIY leather feather earrings

Made these a while ago and snapped some pics. I was hoping on creating a better post of these, but recent weeks have been crazy at work field, so girl's gotta use what girl has.
All you need is a piece of some leftover leather, earring hooks and scissors. And shape you want to create. I used pencil to draw the shape to the back of the leather, marker on front might show after cutting.

retail.therapy.

I have a confession to make: too much work makes a girl grave for some retail therapy. And, yes I did let myself loose. :) I had totally skipped the fact that HM Trend is finally sold in my hometown HM. Both the shirt & skirt are from the line. I have to say I adore almost every single piece now on stores, and always usually do from the line. Now it's especially good collection. Unfortunately some of the favorites didn't suit my body type, at all.
Playing with big balloons we took home from the wedding. I was planning on having more pics taken with those, but sadly workload has taken its toll and so the gas in the balloons has faded meanwhile.
Yeah, and wearing my new shoes too, finally. The outfit turned out pretty 50's (Prada inspired), didn't it.
